I was a service manager for Firestone for over 10yrs and then a store manager. I never lied about a customer service description. I told the clerk my brakes were pulsating when driving down from alta, little Cottonwood canyon. What he put on the intake ticket was my brakes were pulling. 20 minutes or so later I was told I needed calipers, pads and rotors. At a cost of 2000.00. The parts came from orielys with a 112% mark up. Nobody showed me anything after the brief inspection just sir it's 2000.00 to get you rolling today. Needless to say you should be ashamed.

Great service and was quick and affordable. I really love that Burt Brothers offers Valvoline restore and protect full synthetic oil. I will keep coming back. They had a coupon as well that saved me some money. I highly recommend Burt Brothers.

DO NOT take your vehicle here for an alignment. A couple of years ago, I brought in my Grand Jeep Cherokee. They told me it needed an alignment, so I approved the service. Afterward, they came back and said, “Sorry, we couldn’t fully align it because we don’t have the tools to adjust the cambers. You’ll need to take it to the dealership.” Despite not being able to complete the job, they still charged me full price. I ended up paying for two alignments. I forgot about that experience and—unfortunately—made the mistake of returning last month with my Kia EV9 for a balance issue. The exact same thing happened again. They said the balance didn’t fix the problem and recommended an alignment, then claimed once more that they didn’t have the proper tools. And again, they charged me full price for an alignment they couldn’t perform. I had to go to the dealership and pay for a second alignment. I did give two stars instead of zero because the staff is always friendly, and I genuinely appreciate how quickly they’re able to get me in—that’s the only reason I returned. But if this shop cannot perform alignments, they SHOULD NOT be offering them. I felt compelled to write this review so other

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! They completed the repair in only 8 minutes. What impressed me even more was that they were short-staffed and dealing with a family emergency involving one of their team members, yet they still took the time to help me just before closing. I really appreciate their professionalism and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend the Burt Brothers location in Sandy and will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

I am very disappointed with the overall service experience. I dropped off my vehicle at 1:00 PM and was told I would receive a call when it was ready. I waited, but by 4:45 PM—having heard nothing and knowing you close at 5:00 PM—I decided to call. After being placed on hold for about 10 minutes, I was told the car would be done soon and that I could head over. When I arrived (about a 10-minute drive), I was informed that my ticket had been lost and that the tires were just being put on at that time. I then waited an additional 20 minutes. I was also told an alignment could not be performed because my tie rods and shocks were bad and needed replacement. Later, I received a text from Jake quoting $2,141.13 for the repairs and $607.66 for the outer front tie rod alone. I was extremely concerned, especially since I had recently had my vehicle inspected at the dealership and was told everything was fine. To be sure, I returned to the dealership for the alignment and a multi-point inspection. They confirmed that the front and rear caster adjustments were fine and that no tie rods or shocks needed replacement.
